Delta Mining, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates B2BEE.tech and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Services.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed through Google Firebase Authentication).

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs.

Business Data: Depending on the product you use, you may provide business information such as company details, leads, contacts, financial records, inventory data, invoices, and other business-related content.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process transactions and send related communications
  • Provide AI-powered features, including business insights, lead enrichment, and content generation using third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude API)
  • Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages
  • Analyze usage trends to improve product experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. AI and Data Processing

Several of our products use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to provide features such as business insights, lead analysis, transaction classification, and content suggestions. When you use these features:

  • Relevant business data may be sent to AI service providers for processing
  • AI-generated outputs are returned to your account and stored within your tenant
  • We do not use your business data to train AI models
  • Each tenant's data is processed in isolation and never mixed with other tenants' data

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Our Services operate on a multi-tenant architecture. Each organization (tenant) has its own isolated data environment. Your data is never accessible to other tenants. All database queries are filtered by tenant identifier, and we enforce strict access controls at every layer of our infrastructure.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., Google Cloud, Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic, Neon, SendGrid). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
  • Firebase Authentication with secure token management
  • Google Cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance
  • Role-based access controls within each tenant
  • Regular security reviews and monitoring

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your data

Our Services are hosted primarily in the United States and South America (Google Cloud regions). If you access our Services from outside these regions, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
